What you will do

• Manage architectural design phases for new builds and expansions, including concept, schematic, and detailed design.
• Coordinate program requirements and space planning with internal stakeholders and external A/E partners.
• Drive BIM and clash coordination workflows to ensure alignment across all disciplines.
• Review drawings and specifications for completeness, maintainability, and compliance with local codes.
• Support site acquisition through architectural feasibility studies and due diligence.
• Maintain a structured risk register and track mitigations throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years of experience managing design and delivery for mission-critical facilities, specifically data centers.
• Proven experience coordinating external A/E firms and managing construction documentation.
• Working knowledge of data center architectural drivers, including life safety and constructability.
• Experience working with U.S. AHJs and navigating local code environments.
• Strong project management skills in schedule control, risk tracking, and stakeholder communication.
