What you will do

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of SDRs focused on outbound prospecting.
  • Own activity and pipeline-generation targets including call volumes, meetings booked, and qualified opportunities.
  • Build structured call frameworks, email cadences, and persona-based messaging strategies.
  • Run daily stand-ups, weekly 1:1s, and live coaching sessions to improve team performance.
  • Monitor SDR metrics through dashboards to enforce high standards of data hygiene and follow-through.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps to optimize lead routing and the SDR to AE handover process.

Requirements

  • 2–4+ years of experience managing SDR/BDR teams in a high-activity outbound environment.
  • Deep knowledge of modern prospecting techniques, including multichannel outreach and objection handling.
  • Proven track record of building SDRs into consistent top performers.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze dashboards and act on performance gaps.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Salesloft, Salesforce/Attio, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Gong.
  • Must be based in or able to work from London in a hybrid capacity.
