What you will do
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of SDRs focused on outbound prospecting.
- Own activity and pipeline-generation targets including call volumes, meetings booked, and qualified opportunities.
- Build structured call frameworks, email cadences, and persona-based messaging strategies.
- Run daily stand-ups, weekly 1:1s, and live coaching sessions to improve team performance.
- Monitor SDR metrics through dashboards to enforce high standards of data hygiene and follow-through.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps to optimize lead routing and the SDR to AE handover process.
Requirements
- 2–4+ years of experience managing SDR/BDR teams in a high-activity outbound environment.
- Deep knowledge of modern prospecting techniques, including multichannel outreach and objection handling.
- Proven track record of building SDRs into consistent top performers.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze dashboards and act on performance gaps.
- Proficiency with tools such as Salesloft, Salesforce/Attio, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Gong.
- Must be based in or able to work from London in a hybrid capacity.
