What you will do

• Lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance software applications aligned with business needs.
• Drive the adoption of AI-First engineering and Spec Driven Development (SDD) to improve delivery speed and quality.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to refine backlogs and execute sprint activities within SAFe Agile practices.
• Mentor and coach developers in technical expertise, including the effective use of AI tools like GitHub Copilot.
• Optimize software systems to resolve performance bottlenecks and improve overall scalability.
• Oversee source control and code quality using Git and tools like SonarQube.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in C# / .NET and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP/OOD).
• Experience with frontend technologies including Vue.js, Node.js, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Proficiency with SQL Server, including data modeling and query optimization.
• Experience leveraging AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot) and establishing validation standards for AI-generated code.
• Strong experience working in Agile / SAFe environments.
• Must be based in or able to work from Tampa, FL.
