What you will do
- Review tax-free forms for completeness, accuracy, and compliance.
- Make on-the-spot decisions regarding tax refund eligibility.
- Control the export of goods by travelers.
- Process payment transactions for eligible customers.
- Implement fraud prevention and security policies.
- Collaborate with the Sales team to improve issuing quality by providing feedback.
Requirements
- Fluency in English is required.
- Some knowledge of Swedish is required.
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service roles.
- Clean criminal record as per airport security requirements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of Chinese, Japanese, or Korean.
