What you will do

• Design and prototype multi-agent systems using frameworks like AgentSDK and LangChain/LangGraph.
• Develop and deploy advanced GenAI models, including reasoning models and real-time voice APIs.
• Scale AI services to handle hundreds of millions of daily interactions with high availability and low latency.
• Mentor engineering teams on agentic AI best practices and responsible AI usage.
• Translate complex research and system designs into actionable insights for executive leadership.
• Refine experimentation and production rollout processes to balance rapid innovation with system reliability.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Master's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of hands-on experience building large-scale, high-impact solutions.
• 2+ years of specific experience building agent-based systems or multi-agent collaboration paradigms.
• Proven track record in developing dialogue systems with multi-step reasoning and context-rich decision-making.
• Experience deploying and scaling AI services with high availability and fault tolerance.
