What you will do

• Architect and deploy scalable machine learning infrastructure to power hirify.global AI Mode.
• Serve as a technical liaison between the Agentic Data Platform and applied AI teams.
• Drive alignment on technical vision, architecture, and prioritization across matrixed teams.
• Optimize production environments for high availability, low latency, and efficient resource utilization.
• Mentor engineers on best practices for engineering excellence and rapid innovation.
• Translate complex infrastructure designs into actionable insights for technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• 6+ years of hands-on experience building and operating large-scale data and ML infrastructure.
• Deep expertise in ML fundamentals, data flows, serving infrastructure, and observability.
• Proficiency with agentic AI frameworks (LangGraph, LangChain), large-scale data processing (Spark, Databricks, Airflow), and vector stores.
• Python proficiency required.
• Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to build cross-functional relationships and influence technical direction.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree (M.S. or Ph.D.) in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field.
• Experience building foundational infrastructure for agentic systems or real-time AI applications.
• Experience working with regulated, private, or sensitive data at scale.
