What you will do

• Architect end-to-end ML solutions from data ingestion through production consumption.
• Design and standardize data flows to support ML, analytics, and real-time decisioning.
• Define architectural patterns for feature engineering, model training, and evaluation at scale.
• Establish MLOps patterns for consistent deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management of models.
• Build reusable capabilities including feature pipelines and model serving frameworks.
• Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to transition modeling efforts into scalable production systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
• 8+ years of experience in data, platform, or software engineering with ML/analytics exposure.
• Proven experience delivering production-grade machine learning or advanced analytics solutions.
• Strong background in data architecture and data movement across distributed systems.
• Deep understanding of ML workflows including training, experimentation, and deployment.
• Experience with platforms such as AWS, Snowflake, or Databricks. Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Nice to have

• Experience with personalization, marketing activation, or customer-level decisioning systems.
• Experience scaling MLOps capabilities beyond experimentation into production.
• Experience with real-time or event-driven data and ML use cases.
• Certifications: AWS Certified Solutions Architect/ML, Snowflake SnowPro, Databricks ML Professional, or Google Professional ML Engineer.
