Salary: $138,632 - $175,000 per year

What you will do
- Design and implement comprehensive risk management strategies emphasizing early detection and automated incident response.
- Conduct thorough operational and technology risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and recommend mitigations.
- Develop real-time monitoring systems and automated alert mechanisms for risk limit breaches and unusual trading patterns.
- Build and maintain robust control testing frameworks to validate risk mitigation effectiveness.
- Leverage advanced analytics and business intelligence tools like Looker to visualize key risk metrics and inform stakeholders.
- Support regulatory reviews and ensure the Risk Management Program meets evolving business and compliance needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field plus 5 years of progressively responsible experience.
- Must be based in Chicago, IL with 5 days per week in-person attendance.
- Proven experience applying CFTC and NFA regulatory requirements into risk controls and supervisory procedures.
- Proficiency in building automations such as ETL data pipelines and Airflow-type scheduling tools.
- Strong experience developing real-time monitoring systems and performing statistical analytics using Python.
- Expertise in utilizing business intelligence platforms like Looker, Superset, or Tableau for reporting and dashboarding.
