• Design and implement comprehensive risk management strategies emphasizing early detection and automated incident response.
• Conduct thorough operational and technology risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and recommend mitigations.

• Build and maintain robust control testing frameworks to validate risk mitigation effectiveness.

• Support regulatory reviews and ensure the Risk Management Program meets evolving business and compliance needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field plus 5 years of progressively responsible experience.
• Must be based in Chicago, IL with 5 days per week in-person attendance.
• Proven experience applying CFTC and NFA regulatory requirements into risk controls and supervisory procedures.
• Proficiency in building automations such as ETL data pipelines and Airflow-type scheduling tools.
• Strong experience developing real-time monitoring systems and performing statistical analytics using Python.
• Expertise in utilizing business intelligence platforms like Looker, Superset, or Tableau for reporting and dashboarding.
