Regional Sales Engineer, Major Accounts/Telecommunications (VIC)

Location: Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. Travel to customer locations and events is required.

What you will do

• Support the Sales team in presenting CrowdStrike’s security platform to major enterprise and telecommunications accounts.
• Deliver technical product presentations and demonstrations.
• Configure product installations and customizations for Proof of Value engagements.
• Gather customer technical requirements, create evaluation test plans, and manage evaluations through successful completion.
• Collaborate with Product Management on technical requirements for key accounts.
• Train Sales on CrowdStrike technology and provide technical sales and competitive-messaging support.

Requirements

• Proven sales engineering experience in cybersecurity and telecommunications.
• Experience working with large enterprise organizations.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills, along with excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to understand complex architectures and identify gaps or opportunities to bypass traditional security technologies.
• Technical knowledge of endpoint security, cloud security, identity prevention, zero trust, and MDR/XDR.
• Experience with threat intelligence solutions and understanding of incident response and investigation methodology.
