Senior Channel Solutions Engineer (Cybersecurity)

Location: US Off-Site; travel within the U.S. is required for partner engagements and events

What you will do

• Act as the primary technical advisor for MSSPs, MSPs, CSPs, and DFIR partners using Trend Vision One.
• Lead partner onboarding, including architecture validation, multi-tenant design, SOC workflow alignment, and service-readiness assessments.
• Align platform capabilities with managed detection, threat hunting, incident response, and cyber risk advisory services.
• Support detection engineering, threat hunting, adversary simulation, POCs, and purple team exercises.
• Integrate Trend Vision One with SIEM, SOAR, ticketing, automation pipelines, APIs, and other SOC tooling.
• Create managed security blueprints, deployment guides, demo flows, onboarding frameworks, and SOC integration playbooks while contributing partner feedback to product and service improvements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity engineering, solutions engineering, SOC operations, incident response, red teaming, or managed security environments.
• Experience working with MSSPs, MDR providers, incident response firms, or security consultancies.
• Strong knowledge of XDR, SIEM, EDR, cloud security, threat intelligence, and detection engineering.
• Experience designing or supporting multi-tenant managed security architectures and familiarity with SOC workflows, ticketing systems, telemetry pipelines, and response orchestration.
• Strong knowledge of AWS, Azure, and GCP, plus excellent communication and presentation skills for technical and CISO-level audiences.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in cybersecurity, computer science, information security, or a related technical field.

Nice to have

• Experience with RMM/PSA tools, red teaming, adversary emulation, penetration testing, incident response, or threat hunting.
• CEH, OSCP, CISSP, CCSP, Security+, CySA+, CISM, CISA, GIAC, or cloud architecture certifications.
• Experience with API integrations, scripting, automation, Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Experience building managed security services, SOC runbooks, or service blueprints.
• Knowledge of MITRE ATT&CK, compliance frameworks, cyber insurance assessments, or AI/ML and LLM-driven SOC workflows.
