Senior Solutions Engineer (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Act as the technical bridge between sales representatives, government agencies, statutory boards, and public-sector prospects.
• Guide customers through tender and RFP processes, solution selection, onboarding, deployment, and long-term product adoption.
• Design security solutions addressing data residency, on-premises and air-gapped deployment, sovereignty, and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Deliver technical demonstrations, customer training, webinars, workshops, and presentations for stakeholders from technical officers to senior leadership.
• Enable government-focused channel partners and collaborate with product, marketing, and technical support teams.
• Build relationships with government technical teams and decision-makers while contributing to public-sector methodologies, documentation, and best practices.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience delivering presales support and technical solutions, ideally for government or public-sector accounts.
• Experience or familiarity with government procurement frameworks, tender/RFP processes, data sovereignty, and public-sector security compliance.
• Knowledge of SOC operations, security analytics, cloud architecture, cloud-native application security, SASE, CASB, and Zero Trust models.
• Understanding of AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Microsoft O365, and relevant government or sovereign cloud offerings.
• Knowledge of security solutions including firewalls, content security, intrusion prevention, encryption, data leakage prevention, data protection, and monitoring.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills are required.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting government-sector customers and working with government-approved SOC, cloud service, and MSSP partners.
• Strong public-speaking skills and experience participating as a speaker or panelist at industry or public-sector security events.
