What you will do

• Develop and improve benchmarks for complex translation problems.
• Own end-to-end dataset pipelines including ingestion, cleaning, and validation.
• Design and implement LLM-based workflows for structured generation and evaluation.
• Apply classical NLP foundations to improve text normalization and retrieval.
• Build and maintain infrastructure for self-hosted ML solutions.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ship reliable, monitored production services.

Requirements

• Must be based in Serbia
• Strong expertise in machine learning, including fine-tuning and inference optimization.
• Experience with evaluation engineering and designing benchmarks for translation.
• Proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks like PyTorch or Transformers.
• Solid understanding of classical NLP approaches and text normalization.
• Experience with production engineering, including logging, monitoring, and reliability.
