What you will do

• Lead workstreams and manage complex project modules.
• Conduct sophisticated analyses and develop actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
• Present findings clearly and persuasively to senior stakeholders and executive-level clients.
• Guide clients through business transformation and performance improvement initiatives.
• Mentor and coach junior colleagues.
• Contribute to thought leadership and the development of consulting capabilities.

Requirements

• Master’s degree and at least 4 years of relevant consulting or industry experience.
• Superior analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to translate analysis into actionable strategies and solutions.
• Strong communication skills and experience collaborating across diverse teams.
• Demonstrated leadership, adaptability, and attention to detail.
• For digital strategy consideration, previous digital work experience or technical skills in areas such as software engineering, emerging technology, product management, technology consulting, data analytics, or AI.

Hiring process

• Online reasoning assessment involving graphs, quantitative conclusions, and calculations.
• First round: two 60-minute case interviews.
• Final round: recruiter interview, two case interviews, and a 2.5-hour written case.
