What you will do

• Lead and contribute to client digital transformation projects, applying creative and analytical problem-solving.
• Manage a core practice area covering digital strategy, digital transformation, marketing excellence, or marketing technology.
• Lead marketing and customer experience consultants to deliver projects effectively.
• Develop digital marketing strategies aligned with client objectives and support successful campaigns.
• Drive business development and cultivate client relationships.
• Track marketing trends, digital technologies, and industry best practices to improve consulting services.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in business administration or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus.
• At least 5 years of experience in marketing strategy, digital transformation, or a related consulting field.
• Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and client-management skills.
• Deep understanding of marketing principles, digital channels, and technologies including Salesforce, Thunderhead, and Adobe.
• Strong interest in data and AI-related topics, with the ability to build expertise quickly.
• Fluency in Dutch, French, and English is required.
