What you will do

• Lead internal teams in the development and delivery of AI products.
• Design and implement scalable cloud-based machine learning architectures.
• Guide data scientists in optimizing, testing, and deploying models into production environments.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on complex client projects.
• Organize internal training, workshops, and represent the company at external industry events.
• Contribute to thought leadership by writing technical blog posts and presenting at conferences.

Requirements

• MSc in Computer Science, AI, Applied Mathematics, or related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in building production-quality ML/Deep Learning pipelines.
• Expert coding skills in Python and at least one of Scala, C++, or Java.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Professional proficiency in Dutch is required or must be strongly developed.
• Must have existing work authorization for Belgium.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in Management Consulting.
• Hands-on experience with big data technologies like Spark or Databricks.
• Strong background in specific domains such as Computer Vision or NLP.
