What you will do

• Lead the design and delivery of complex AI solutions using state-of-the-art GenAI technology.
• Translate customer requirements into scalable and maintainable AI solution architectures.
• Rapidly build prototypes to demonstrate value and transition them into production-grade systems.
• Collaborate with business experts and cross-functional teams to validate features and results.
• Mentor team members and promote engineering excellence across the organization.
• Present technical results clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• Master's or PhD degree in AI, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of proven experience delivering AI/ML solutions in production environments.
• Strong expertise in Python and modern software architecture patterns.
• Experience with LLMs and frameworks like Langchain or Llamaindex.
• Hands-on experience with Azure Cloud and MLOps tools like MLflow or Kubeflow.
• Language proficiency: Fluent in English plus French and/or Dutch.
