What you will do

• Develop AI applications utilizing state-of-the-art GenAI technology.
• Translate B2B customer requests into fit-for-purpose AI solution architectures.
• Pilot prototypes in production processes to demonstrate business value.
• Deploy robust, scalable AI solutions that integrate with customers' existing systems.
• Collaborate with multi-functional project teams and business experts to refine solutions.
• Ensure implementation follows technical excellence guidelines and best practices.

Requirements

• PhD or Master's degree in AI, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering with a focus on production deployment.
• Proven track record of successful B2B customer deliveries.
• Strong expertise in Python and statistical methods.
• Proficiency with LLMs and libraries such as LangChain and LlamaIndex.
• Fluent English and Dutch are required.
• Hands-on experience with Azure Cloud and Azure Data & AI services.

Nice to have

• Experience with Agentic AI frameworks (Langgraph, AutoGen, CrewAI).
• Experience with other cloud providers like AWS or GCP.
• Familiarity with MLOps tools such as MLflow, Kubeflow, or TFX.
