What you will do

• Manage and expand a shared repository of reusable Generative AI components and templates to ensure scalability across use cases.
• Guide delivery teams on architectures such as retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and agent-based systems.
• Research and prototype emerging AI techniques and Azure services, translating them into practical building blocks.
• Define and enforce software engineering best practices for GenAI, including testing, code quality, and automation via PR reviews.
• Collaborate with Cloud, DevSecOps, and enterprise architecture teams to align solutions with the corporate stack.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in AI, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
• Minimum of 2+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering or software engineering within a business environment.
• Proven experience implementing generative AI models and LLMs in real-world production projects.
• Strong Python coding skills and proficiency with Git and CI/CD pipelines.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and relevant Azure Data & AI services.
• English: Fluent proficiency required; French and/or Dutch is a preference.

Nice to have

• Ph.D. with specific research in Generative AI or agent-based systems.
• Familiarity with LangGraph.
