What you will do

• Lead the EMEA Professional Services business, including strategy, execution, and P&L management for a $100M+ portfolio.
• Scale fee-based consulting and advisory services to engage customers earlier in the lifecycle and shape solution direction.
• Partner with EMEA Sales and Solutions Engineering leadership to build pipeline and increase service attach rates.
• Lead a distributed organization of over 150 professionals, fostering an inclusive and high-performance culture.
• Optimize the operating model across local delivery, partners, and global delivery centers to ensure high-quality, predictable outcomes.
• Represent Professional Services as a senior executive in key customer and partner engagements.

Requirements

• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in Professional Services, Consulting, or Managed Services within enterprise technology.
• Proven track record of owning and growing a services P&L, including revenue, margin, and cost management.
• Demonstrated success in consultative selling and building fee-based advisory offerings at the executive level.
• Experience leading large, geographically distributed organizations in a matrixed, global environment.
• Strong operational discipline with expertise in governance, risk management, and delivery quality.
• Must be eligible to work in the specified EMEA locations (UK, France, Germany, Netherlands, or Ireland).
