CNC Machine Operator - 3rd Shift (CNC Machining)

Location: Onsite in Franklin, New Hampshire, United States. Third shift: 9:00 p.m.–5:30 a.m., with overtime as needed.

What you will do

• Operate CNC equipment, including lathes and milling machines.
• Monitor multiple CNC machines and auxiliary equipment for consistency and accuracy.
• Perform machining tasks according to supervisor instructions.
• Inspect and document product specifications in coordination with Quality Assurance and the Production Supervisor.
• Collaborate with other machine operators and quality assurance personnel.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience using calipers, micrometers, thread gauges, plug gauges, and other precision measuring tools.
• Experience reading blueprints and applying basic mathematics.
• Understanding of applicable laws, codes, policies, regulations, and workplace safety procedures.
• Ability to work onsite at the Franklin, New Hampshire facility on the third shift.
• Successful employment eligibility verification, background checks, and pre-employment drug screening are required.

Nice to have

• At least two years of hands-on CNC lathe or milling machine operation experience in a production environment.
• Experience replacing and troubleshooting worn tooling.
• Familiarity with Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
