What you will do

• Design and implement a data quality framework across Bronze, Silver, and Gold layers.
• Build and maintain automated data quality checks within Databricks pipelines.
• Perform end-to-end pipeline testing to ensure data flows correctly from ingestion to reporting.
• Validate identity resolution outputs and ensure enterprise identifiers are assigned correctly.
• Partner with Data Engineers to define acceptance criteria for pipeline and data model deliverables.
• Monitor pipeline health post-deployment and triage data quality incidents.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Data Quality, Data Engineering, or Data Analysis.
• Strong experience with Azure-based data platforms and Databricks.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience analyzing large datasets.
• Experience validating ETL/ELT processes and working with layered architectures.
• English: Advanced proficiency required for global team communication.
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
