What you will do

• Analyze RMA, failure analysis, and repair data to identify trends and drive resolution plans.
• Oversee the operational performance of contract manufacturers, ensuring key performance indicators are met.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including hardware, software, and test engineering to debug field RMAs.
• Manage the setup of new products into failure analysis and debug repair operations.
• Drive continuous improvement in test yields, debug procedures, and repair efficiency.
• Manage capital equipment, golden units, and tooling inventory for repair flows.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in high-tech manufacturing, specifically with networking equipment.
• Proven experience working with contract manufacturing partners.
• Strong knowledge of PCBA manufacturing, electro-mechanical assembly, and debug techniques.
• Understanding of quality and reliability performance metrics and ERP systems.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and influence internal and external partners.
