Salary: $76,000 - $110,000 yearly

What you will do

• Manage the full lifecycle of complex, technical, strategic, and creative projects from inception to completion.
• Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, risk registers, and communication plans with minimal oversight.
• Facilitate project kickoffs, status meetings, and financial forecasting in partnership with account and finance teams.
• Identify, evaluate, and mitigate project-level risks while ensuring adherence to PMO standards.
• Mentor and support the training of Project Managers and Project Coordinators.
• Act as the primary internal point of escalation for project-related issues and concerns.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Three to five years of experience in a PMO role.
• Advanced understanding and application of PMO standards and processes.
• Experience leading complex technology, strategy, and creative projects.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Workfront, Smartsheet, or MS Project.

Nice to have

• Pharmaceutical or advertising agency experience.
• Launch experience.
