Salary: PLN 300,000 – 3,800,000 gross annually

What you will do

• Design and build robust backend services for high-volume on-chain transaction flows.
• Own the end-to-end development of backend components and APIs from architecture to production.
• Lead integrations with DeFi protocols, blockchain nodes, and various on-chain data sources.
• Optimize production systems for performance, security, and reduced latency.
• Collaborate with product and protocol research teams to deliver scalable solutions.
• Drive features through the full product lifecycle with high ownership.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as a Backend or Full Stack Engineer.
• Deep expertise in Blockchain and Web3, including transaction lifecycles and smart contracts.
• Proven experience with EVM-compatible chains and non-EVM chains like Solana, TON, or Tron.
• Proficiency in Node.js and TypeScript.
• Experience designing and operating microservices in production CI/CD environments.
• Strong understanding of security principles and cryptography in a blockchain context.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with DeFi protocols such as AMMs, lending markets, and bridging infrastructure.
• Experience with Web3 libraries like ethers.js, viem, or web3.js.
• Full stack development experience with React.
