Data Analyst

What you will do

• Develop an in-depth understanding of data interrelationships and domains.
• Perform data extraction, storage, manipulation, and analysis.
• Interpret customer functional needs and translate them into data requirements and process models.
• Create and maintain thorough documentation artifacts throughout the project lifecycle.
• Standardize data naming, definitions, and modeling.
• Support assigned systems through transition periods.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work for any U.S. employer.
• Must be willing to travel (35-50%).
• 1-5 years of experience in data analysis and decision support.
• Strong SQL skills and knowledge of relational database concepts.
• Experience with ETL tools and procedures.
• Proficiency in data modeling, mapping, and UML (ERD, Sequence, DFD).
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or scientific discipline.

Nice to have

• Experience with Informatica, Pentaho, DataStage, Jitterbit, or Mulesoft.
• Relevant IT certifications.
• Prior experience working in the Cloud.
