What you will do

• Analyze production, operational, and campaign data to identify trends, anomalies, and improvement opportunities.
• Design and build scalable data monitoring solutions to proactively detect issues and improve platform reliability.
• Develop dashboards, recurring reports, and self-service analytics to provide visibility into system health.
• Partner with Engineering and Production Operations to investigate incidents and perform root cause analysis.
• Identify monitoring gaps and implement new metrics and alerts to improve incident response.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to improve data quality, reporting consistency, and operational decision-making.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Data Science.
• Strong SQL skills with experience analyzing large-scale, high-volume datasets.
• Proficiency in Python for data analysis, automation, and data transformation.
• Experience building dashboards and data visualizations for technical and business stakeholders.
• Knowledge of database design, data modeling, and ETL/ELT processes.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with Apache Spark, BigQuery, or similar modern analytics platforms.
• Experience in AdTech, MarTech, digital advertising, or media.
