What you will do

• Process and manage accounts payable transactions ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Prepare accounts receivable invoices and ensure timely billing and collection.
• Perform regular reconciliations of accounts payable and receivable.
• Monitor accounts to ensure payments are current and follow up on overdue items.
• Collaborate with departments to resolve discrepancies and improve financial processes.
• Maintain financial records and documentation for audit purposes.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting, specifically in accounts payable and receivable.
• Proficiency with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
