TL;DR

What you will do

  • Supervise and control complex computer systems, networks, applications, and distributed systems in a multi-vendor environment.
  • Perform batch operations according to service agreements.
  • Analyze first-level issues across systems and resolve or route them as appropriate.
  • Develop support system management processes based on customer requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service delivery and identify career development paths.

Requirements

  • At least 6 months of experience with scheduling software, reporting, and logging.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL, Oracle, Linux, or Windows.
  • Proficiency with operating systems, including Windows or Mac.
  • Customer-focused approach, growth mindset, and ability to work inclusively with others.

Nice to have

  • Experience with troubleshooting, backup and recovery, and basic networking.
  • English proficiency at approximately 30%.
