What you will do

• Set up, operate, and monitor high-speed automatic or semi-automatic inserting equipment.
• Interpret production orders to ensure job requirements are met prior to execution.
• Evaluate output quality, including color matching and assembly accuracy.
• Perform preventative maintenance and authorized repairs on production machinery.
• Prepare mail for acceptance by the Post Office and distribute final products.
• Resolve system issues proactively and collaborate with experienced operators.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to work on-site in El Dorado Hills, CA.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and experience with high-speed manufacturing equipment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Proficiency in English (verbal and written) for technical communication.
• Basic math skills and ability to interpret technical documentation.
