Manufacturing Operator

Location: Must be based in Dover, New Hampshire, USA

Compensation: $18.50 – $20.50/hour (plus 8% shift differential)

What you will do

• Operate mixing equipment and production machinery including turning machines and table saws.
• Inspect finished products using linear scales to ensure compliance with quality specifications.
• Monitor equipment performance and perform routine 5S maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Accurately track and document production data, batch counts, and inventory totals.
• Follow detailed SOP instructions and safety protocols in a physically demanding environment.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain efficient workflow and meet daily production goals.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to commute to Dover, NH
• Ability to stand for the full shift and perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Experience operating industrial equipment such as saws or turning machines.
• Basic math skills for measurements and inventory tracking.
• Comfortable working in environments where getting wet may occur.
• Safety shoes are required on the production floor.
