What you will do

• Assemble electromechanical products, including rotor and stator sub-assemblies, using manufacturing documentation and tooling.
• Operate specialized machinery such as stripper tools, potting mixers, and mold transfer presses.
• Perform soldering tasks and install lead wire pin connectors.
• Conduct final motor assembly and test motor/drive performance against specifications.
• Prepare and package final motor/drive assemblies for shipment.
• Maintain cross-training across all production operations.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be based in or able to relocate to Murphy, NC.
• Possess mechanical aptitude and the ability to distinguish colors.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and work around strong electromagnetic fields.
• Authorization to access U.S. export-controlled information is required.
• Experience with soldering or the ability to become certified.
