What you will do

• Plan, manage, and deliver assigned client projects while maintaining high satisfaction levels.
• Draft, negotiate, and agree on statements of work with external clients.
• Forecast, track, and manage project revenue internally and externally.
• Hold internal teams accountable for tasks and delivery timelines.
• Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Review and improve internal delivery processes and methodologies.

Requirements

• 5+ years of project management experience in software product delivery, ideally within Fintech.
• Must be based in and eligible to work in Ireland.
• Strong technical understanding to effectively challenge and collaborate with functional teams.
• Excellent negotiation, critical thinking, and stakeholder management skills.
• High standard of English proficiency.
• Relevant 3rd level degree or professional qualification.
