What you will do

• Create and maintain detailed integrated project schedules using Planisware for multiple CMC development and technical transfer projects.
• Partner with project leaders to gather inputs, confirm assumptions, and ensure schedules reflect current project status.
• Track milestones, action items, and decisions that impact project timelines.
• Prepare project scheduling deliverables, including reports, dashboards, and milestone summaries.
• Facilitate schedule communication across multiple teams and functions to support interdependent activities.
• Attend project meetings to provide timeline updates and schedule analyses.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in the biopharmaceutical industry.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in project scheduling, project controls, or project management support.
• Experience supporting CMC development, manufacturing, or technical transfer activities.
• Proficiency in Planisware for scheduling.
• Strong understanding of scheduling principles, milestone planning, and critical path analysis.
• Ability to work onsite in Dublin, Ireland.

Nice to have

• BS in Biology, Chemistry, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a relevant scientific discipline.
• Consulting experience or experience supporting multiple clients simultaneously.
