What you will do
- Create and maintain detailed integrated project schedules using Planisware for multiple CMC development and technical transfer projects.
- Partner with project leaders to gather inputs, confirm assumptions, and ensure schedules reflect current project status.
- Track milestones, action items, and decisions that impact project timelines.
- Prepare project scheduling deliverables, including reports, dashboards, and milestone summaries.
- Facilitate schedule communication across multiple teams and functions to support interdependent activities.
- Attend project meetings to provide timeline updates and schedule analyses.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in the biopharmaceutical industry.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in project scheduling, project controls, or project management support.
- Experience supporting CMC development, manufacturing, or technical transfer activities.
- Proficiency in Planisware for scheduling.
- Strong understanding of scheduling principles, milestone planning, and critical path analysis.
- Ability to work onsite in Dublin, Ireland.
Nice to have
- BS in Biology, Chemistry, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a relevant scientific discipline.
- Consulting experience or experience supporting multiple clients simultaneously.
