What you will do

• Lead QA engineering for analytics engines using computer vision, machine learning, and sensor fusion in vehicles and the cloud.
• Oversee quality assurance across the full software development lifecycle, from design and implementation through delivery and maintenance.
• Develop testing and automation strategies, test frameworks, procedures, and CI/CD practices.
• Establish quality metrics, monitor system effectiveness, and support product quality decisions.
• Collaborate with customers, software development, QA, and other engineering disciplines to define test cases and technical solutions.
• Build, mentor, and retain a high-performing QA team while managing risk and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• More than 10 years of professional QA experience, including at least 1 year as a QA manager in an agile environment.
• Proven experience leading enterprise-scale testing frameworks, processes, methodologies, and operations.
• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, software testing, verification and validation, test management, and Test Driven Development.
• Working knowledge of Selenium, TestNG, API and load testing tools, bug tracking tools such as Rally, and test management tools such as qTest.
• Experience with CI/CD environments, modern build and release tools such as Jenkins, AI/ML-driven testing platforms, predictive analytics, and SAFe.
• BS/MS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent professional development.
