What you will do

• Advise on product best practices and assist sales teams with proposals and engagement models.
• Act as a customer-facing subject matter expert, bridging the gap between business needs and technical implementation.
• Gather and document customer requirements to define effective implementation strategies.
• Support QA processes by documenting test scenarios and validating configurations.
• Collaborate with configuration, training, product, and sales teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Provide 3rd-level support for customer deliveries and occasionally conduct customer training.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in delivering large transformation programs using agile methodology.
• Proven experience in technical requirements gathering or business analysis, ideally within the Automotive or Insurance markets.
• Strong proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, and API tools (Postman, JSON, SOAP, Oauth, XML, CSS).
• Advanced Excel skills (up to macro level).
• Excellent customer-facing, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Must be based in Madrid for this onsite role.
