• Drive global strategy and cascade it across 70+ local markets while integrating local insights.
• Support P&L and portfolio management to ensure alignment between global strategy and financial performance.
• Execute value creation and performance improvement initiatives in collaboration with regional teams.
• Act as the primary point of contact between corporate headquarters and regional/local management entities.
• Collaborate with C-level leadership to define strategy and ensure high-quality execution.
• Source and distribute operational best practices across the global organization.

Требования

• Minimum 8 years of professional experience in management consulting, investment banking, or strategy/business development in a fast-paced tech company.
• Proven track record of working with and influencing C-level executives.
• Strong financial modeling skills and ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent communication skills with English as the primary business language.
• Ability to build collaborative relationships across diverse cultural and functional backgrounds.
• Ownership mentality with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
