What you will do

• Drive innovation initiatives including startup scouting, long-term programs, and invention disclosures.
• Manage innovation projects end-to-end from ideation and scoping to proof-of-concepts and scaling.
• Enable innovation governance by coordinating Innovation Boards, reporting, and key processes.
• Analyze market, technology, and ecosystem trends to generate strategic insights.
• Prepare high-quality business cases and presentations for senior stakeholders.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment across teams.

Requirements

• 5–12 years of experience in innovation, strategy, consulting, R&D, or program management.
• Strong execution and delivery mindset with the ability to manage initiatives end-to-end.
• Ability to translate complex topics into structured insights and actionable recommendations.
• Collaborative and influential working style across technical and business stakeholders.
• Strong prioritization skills and ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments.
• Excellent communication skills, including clear storytelling and stakeholder alignment.
