What you will do

• Develop and own the long-term site and building strategy, including capacity planning, lease/buy decisions, and site masterplans.
• Define and maintain workplace standards for offices, labs, integration halls, and test areas across global sites.
• Manage OPEX/CAPEX budgets for facilities and lead major cross-site projects such as new site launches and fit-outs.
• Co-lead the rollout of operations-related processes within the company's management system and drive EN9100 implementation.
• Own cross-site data collection for ESG/B-Corp reporting and develop a sustainability roadmap for site operations.
• Collaborate with Engineering, HR, Digital, and Finance to align stakeholders and set operational standards.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience leading operations or facilities in industrial, aerospace, or high-tech environments.
• Proven track record in scaling site operations across multiple international locations.
• Strong experience designing processes within ISO 9001/EN9100 or similar management systems.
• Proficiency with digital operations tools such as CMMS, asset management, and BI dashboards.
• Professional working proficiency in English; French or German is a strong plus.
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Munich, Germany.
