What you will do

• Perform layout, installation, and repair of complex electrical equipment and circuits.
• Analyze and troubleshoot electrical malfunctions to minimize production delays.
• Execute preventative and corrective maintenance on all plant equipment.
• Read and interpret technical drawings and wiring schematics.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities and promote team collaboration.
• Follow established safety procedures according to OSHA standards.

Requirements

• At least six years of related experience as an Electrician or a U.S. Department of Labor Certificate of Completion in the Electrical trade.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including days, afternoons, nights, weekends, and holidays with little notice.
• Ability to pass comprehensive assessments, drug testing, and background checks.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and navigate a busy industrial environment.
