Social Media Expert

Location: Remote; requires overlap with US Eastern hours for the daily 9am ET publishing slot and reporting cadence.

Salary: $500–1000 per month, depending on experience.

Omadli Group builds operating backend systems and workflow automation for construction and trades companies by connecting business systems, automating processes, managing reporting, answering calls, and scheduling crews.

What you will do

• Publish organic content daily on LinkedIn and Instagram, with additional distribution through TikTok and YouTube Shorts.
• Turn recorded client calls into accurate, anonymized scripts built around real customer problems and strong hooks.
• Manage the complete Notion content pipeline from drafting and filming through editing, approval, and posting, including live evidence links.
• Brief editors and quality-assure every cut against the content brief.
• Manage keyword-comment CTAs, lead magnets, DM delivery, and follow-up across platforms.
• Prepare daily status reports, weekly performance reports from account data, competitor audits, and early risk or blocker alerts.

Requirements

• Practical experience managing organic social content across multiple platforms.
• Comfort working in a structured, status-driven Notion system.
• Direct, specific writing with the ability to remove generic or AI-sounding language.
• Strong attention to detail, including documenting evidence links for completed posts.
• Strong written and spoken English required.
• Availability for US Eastern-hours overlap required.
