What you will do
- Drive trading volume and maximize AUM through proactive VIP client onboarding and retention.
- Formulate and execute revenue optimization plans based on European product offerings.
- Manage relationships with HNWIs, family offices, and prop trading desks to secure referrals and new business.
- Collaborate with product teams to provide client feedback and enhance platform features.
- Oversee legal and compliance aspects, including KYC/AML processes and regional regulatory adherence.
- Lead partnership efforts in Europe to expand reach and revenue streams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in VIP business development or account management within crypto, fintech, or wealth management.
- Deep understanding of CEE financial regulations, MiCA, and AML/KYC standards.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Proven track record of driving trading volume and AUM growth in competitive markets.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret market data and user behavior metrics.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with legal, product, and operations teams.
Nice to have
- Fluency in additional EU languages such as Romanian, Serbian, or Polish.
- Previous experience working at a crypto exchange.
- Experience working across time zones and cross-cultural teams.
- Passionate about blockchain technology and crypto payments.
