What you will do

• Develop and implement business development strategies to drive growth in the crypto derivatives market.
• Proactively source and qualify new business opportunities through cold calls, emails, and networking.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from initial prospecting to closing and client onboarding.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with potential and existing clients in the crypto space.
• Represent the company at key industry events and conferences to build brand presence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and compliance to align goals.

Requirements

• 4-7 years of proven business development or sales experience, preferably in crypto derivatives.
• Fluency in both English and Russian is required to cover the CIS markets.
• Must be based in Europe.
• Proven track record of navigating the entire sales cycle and closing deals.
• Experience and comfort with cold calling and proactive outreach.
• Willingness to travel for industry events and conferences.
