What you will do

• Collaborate with Engineering and Design to optimize web and mobile user journeys from onboarding to trading.
• Own key operational metrics including KYC pass rates and payment success rates.
• Lead the development of new products such as margins and futures in collaboration with the CEO.
• Manage the global product roadmap while ensuring adherence to local regulations across different countries.
• Oversee the global product, design, and product operations teams.
• Drive decision-making through quantitative analysis, testing, and customer insights.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of experience building crypto, ewallet, or fintech products in SE Asia or greater China.
• Fluent in both English and Chinese.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical or design-related field.
• Proven experience managing teams of PMs, Engineers, or product feature teams.
• Deep expertise in spot trading, margin, and futures products.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive KPI goals.
