What you will do

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable AI solutions.
• Implement RAG and fine-tuning techniques for LLMs.
• Build and manage agentic frameworks like CrewAI and Google ADK.
• Apply MLOps best practices to streamline development and performance tracing.
• Collaborate across teams to align innovative AI systems with traditional ML methodologies.
• Work on end-to-end software engineering for complex AI applications.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as an AI Engineer or in a similar role.
• Solid programming skills in Python.
• Experience with cloud AI services (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
• Strong understanding of machine learning and traditional AI concepts.
• Experience with MLOps tools and model deployment practices.
• Excellent written and verbal English for effective communication.

Nice to have

• Experience with Azure, Kubernetes, or Google ADK.
• Experience with n8n or Orkes.
• Experience in AI Evaluation.
