What you will do

• Embed within client teams to analyze workflows and identify high-impact opportunities for AI-driven transformation.
• Design and prototype AI solutions using LLMs, prompts, agents, APIs, and orchestration tools.
• Translate business challenges into practical technical implementation roadmaps and scalable solutions.
• Build and validate proof-of-concept solutions and define pathways for production implementation.
• Implement governance, observability, evaluation, and human-in-the-loop controls for AI systems.
• Drive project adoption and support change management to help teams transition to new operating models.

Requirements

• Senior experience in client-facing roles working with executives and cross-functional teams.
• Strong technical knowledge of LLMs, agent frameworks, and orchestration tools.
• Hands-on experience building prototypes using prompts, APIs, and evaluation frameworks.
• Proven ability to improve business processes and operational efficiency through technology.
• Strong consulting, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• English: Advanced proficiency required

• Advanced degree such as an MBA or Master’s.
• Professional certifications in AI, Product, Strategy, or Technology.
