Senior Data Engineer (AI)

What you will do

• Analyze raw datasets and produce rigorous, actionable insights for large enterprise clients.
• Design, build, and maintain data pipelines and products supporting data-driven decisions.
• Develop AI and machine learning solutions using Vertex AI, AutoML, Gemini APIs, and LLM integrations.
• Build data pipelines and training workflows with BigQuery, Dataflow, Cloud Storage, and Cloud Functions.
• Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Power BI, Looker, or custom web applications.
• Engineer data infrastructure, APIs, software libraries, and cloud platform components while managing requirements, timelines, dependencies, and risks.

Requirements

• Professional experience with Google Cloud Platform, including BigQuery, Dataflow, and Cloud Storage.
• Experience developing, customizing, and applying large language models to real-world use cases.
• Industry experience in data engineering, analytics, or data science, or a bachelor's or master's degree in a quantitative discipline.
• Ability to work from data ingestion through insight using SQL, Python, or R.
• Strong quantitative, analytical, and scientific reasoning skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with BigQuery Data Transfer Service, Transfer APIs, Airflow, Luigi, or Prefect.
• Experience with Power BI, Looker, ggplot2, matplotlib, seaborn, bokeh, or D3.
• Knowledge of AWS, Azure, cloud architecture, statistical and machine learning libraries.
• Experience with web development, React, Vue, AngularJS, REST, GraphQL, and API design.
• Experience leading technical data, analytics, or machine learning projects.
