What you will do

• Own and design complex gameplay features and systems from concept to release for Football Manager.
• Define feature goals, player experience, constraints, and success criteria with creative leadership.
• Collaborate with UI/UX and Narrative Designers on feature proposals and definitions.
• Produce high-quality documentation and coordinate features with Production, Engineering, QA, and Communications.
• Implement content, tune data, and balance systems directly in Unity.
• Mentor and support less experienced designers through feedback and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• Experience shipping at least one commercial title in simulation or systems-heavy genres.
• Strong understanding of game design, UX principles for PC, and emergent gameplay.
• Proficiency with Unity or similar modern game engines.
• Advanced proficiency with Excel and data-driven analysis and balancing tools.
• Experience with Miro, PowerPoint, and the Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence).
• Must be based in or able to commute to the London studio for hybrid work (2-3 days/week).
