What you will do

• Contribute to early-stage game concepts and define mechanics and player experience.
• Develop mathematical models using simulation tools, programming, and spreadsheet analysis.
• Design and analyze key game metrics such as RTP, volatility, and payout structures.
• Collaborate with developers and designers to bring game concepts to life.
• Ensure mathematical models meet regulatory requirements across EMEA markets.
• Refine and optimize game performance to deliver an engaging player experience.

Requirements

• Degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Around 1+ year of experience in slot mathematics or a related field.
• Experience within the casino or gambling industry.
• Strong programming skills, preferably in C++ (C# or similar considered).
• Advanced spreadsheet and data analysis capability.
• Must have existing right to work in the UK; visa sponsorship is not available.
