What you will do

• Serve as the technical leader for high-impact healthcare data and operational engagements.
• Architect and deploy enterprise-grade solutions within the Palantir Foundry ecosystem.
• Design and implement production-grade data pipelines for both batch and streaming processes.
• Build Workshop and OSDK-based applications using React and TypeScript.
• Mentor team members and shape the technical strategy for critical client projects.
• Engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to drive transformational outcomes.

Requirements

• Must have 5+ years of experience in software or data engineering, with at least 2+ years specifically on Palantir Foundry.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Strong proficiency in Python (PySpark, Pandas, Polars) and SQL.
• Deep understanding of the Foundry Ontology (object types, link types, action types).
• Experience building applications using OSDK or Workshop.
• Ability to travel to client sites as required for the role.

Nice to have

• Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and BigQuery.
• Knowledge of AIP (AI Platform) and LLM-powered functions.
• Background in healthcare, kidney care, or clinical operations.
• Experience leading teams of 3+ engineers.
