What you will do

• Own and optimize the CRM infrastructure to support sales, marketing, and customer success teams.
• Develop custom integrations using HubSpot API to connect with external databases and software platforms.
• Design and build automated workflows for lead nurturing, deal tracking, and email marketing.
• Create custom reports to assess campaign performance and pipeline health.
• Ensure data integrity and provide internal training on HubSpot best practices.
• Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration to align operational processes with business objectives.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in HubSpot CRM management.
• Technical proficiency with HubSpot API and programming custom integrations.
• Experience setting up and using webhooks for external event triggers.
• Strong understanding of HubSpot workflows, custom properties, and data management.
• Ability to articulate sales and marketing strategies and analyze relevant metrics.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
